Refund policy

Important Information:

In the event of returning products in good working condition, we can only issue a partial refund, deducting a base fare of 150 INR as follows:

Partial Refund = Purchase Price – 150 INR

This deduction helps cover the costs of shipping to and from your location for the item delivered in good working condition.

Please note that this deduction does not apply to damaged products, which we will happily replace at no additional charge.

Our Policy

We operate under a 6-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 6 days of receiving your item. Due to delivery constraints, we are unable to extend the return window beyond 6 days. Therefore, please initiate your return request promptly upon receiving a product you wish to return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, our delivery partner will arrange to pick up your return package. Kindly hand over the product you wish to return to the courier upon their arrival. After verifying that the product is in good condition, we will initiate a refund for the full product amount via your original payment method. If you chose Cash On Delivery, we will transfer the refunded amount to the account details you provided when making the return request. Please note that this process may take up to 2 weeks, and we appreciate your patience during this time.

Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at or via WhatsApp at +91 8700051687. If your order has not yet been shipped, we can assist with the cancellation process. However, if your order has already been shipped, please instruct the delivery personnel to return the parcel. Upon successful cancellation, you will receive a refund to your original payment method.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and promptly contact us if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will promptly assess the issue and take the necessary steps to rectify it.


The quickest way to secure the item you desire is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Invalid Reasons for Return

The buyer no longer wants the items: We cannot honor this request as it is essential to ensure your intent to purchase before placing an order, as all orders constitute a legally binding contract.

Buyer found items cheaper elsewhere: We expect buyers to be confident in their purchase decisions before submitting an order, as all orders are considered legally binding contracts to purchase the listed items at the agreed-upon prices.
